The Little Book of Cheesecake 
A Shavuot Companion

In September 2021, Green Bean Books published Babka, Boulou & Blintzes: 50 Jewish Chocolate Recipes From Around The World’.

Thanks to a small army of cooks and chefs who donated recipes, and people who tested the recipes in lockdown, and others who helped in many ways, the book raised almost £20,000 for Chai Cancer Care.

In June 2024, Green Bean Books – in partnership with the Jewish Chronicle food editor Victoria Prever – will be tasting different cheesecakes in London, and also collecting cheesecake recipes for a new fundraising book. All royalties from sales of the book will be donated to Chai Cancer Care. 

And you can help!  If you have any tips on which cookery writers, chefs and bloggers have come up a winning cheesecake recipe, please email us at info@greenbeanbooks.com with the details (and we will contact the person and ask if we can use their recipe).

Or if you have your own recipe, and you are happy for it to be used in the book, then please send it in!  We can’t guarantee it will be included, but would like to start off by collecting as many great recipes as we can. Please follow the instructions below so we get everything in the same order!
